She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Carl and Jesse Ruth Wakeland (Inglis); her husband Joseph Harrel Nichols; and her daughter Suzanne Rzepka. She is survived by: her daughter Kellie Jo Fredrick (Mark) of Hanson, KY; her son-in-law William R. Rzepka of St. Charles, MO; her grandchildren, Trisha Lucero of O'Fallon, MO, Joseph Fredrick (Sarah) of Bowling Green, KY and Michael Fredrick (Jessica) of Owensboro, KY; and her great great grandchildren, Mark, Janet Winstead of Hanson, KY and Ryan Winstead of Louisville, KY.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the 1st Christian Church (1030 College Dr, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Christian Church, located at 1030 College Dr., Madisonville, KY 42431.
