It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Sloan of Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sloan and Katherine Bowles Sloan; his sisters, Marsha Sloan Hook and Ima Sloan Utterback; and his grandchild Hayden Simpson.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Stevens (Les) of Nortonville, Mary Simpson (Wesley) of Arkansas, Autumn Jarvis of Kentucky, Rick Sloan (Tracey) of Nortonville and Chris Sloan of Florida; and his sister Beverly Sloan Baldwin (David) of Hanson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
