She was predeceased by: her mother Beulah Holmes; her husband Lewis Clay Vandiver Sr.; and her son Lewis Vandiver Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Debora Vandiver of Madisonville; her daughter-in-law Sharon Vandiver of Nortonville, KY; her sons, Victor Vandiver (LaDonna) of Madisonville, Murray Vandiver (Shelli) of Madisonville and Daniel Vandiver (Candance) of Nortonville; and her sister Pam McCormick (John) of Cordon, KY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
