She is survived by: her children, Angel C. Samek (Jeff) of Madisonville, KY, Samuel C. Crawford, Jr. of Madisonville, KY and John M. Crawford of Madisonville, KY; her brother Barry Chain of Long Beach, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Alonzo Crawford (Lauren) and Sidney Crawford; and her great grandchildren, Cora Crawford and Maeve Crawford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
