She is survived by : her children, Kathi Underwood of Hodgenville, Allison Paysen (Monce Hill) of Hodgenville and Steve Paysen (Julia) of Toccoa, Georgia; her siblings, Fran Ard (Harold) of Portland, Rachel Reed (Michael) of Winchester, Lynn Cook of Cecilia, Vanessa Taylor (Paula) of Louisville and Jay Taylor of Magnolia; and her grandchildren, Amanda Dupin (Acie), Staci Aubrey, Jeremy Tucker (Tiffany), Matthew Underwood (McKenzie), Tesha Brock (Travis), Terell Paysen, Joey Henshaw (Erica), Jay Henshaw (Bethany), Shelby Chandler (Kyle), Jordan Childs (Micah), Andrew Paysen, Josh Henshaw, Eli Paysen and James Paysen. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
