He is survived by : his wife Debbie Lynn Page Hale; his children, Zachary Tyler and Katerina Alexes Jade (Jamie); his siblings, Roy Glennis Hale Jr. of Martin, KY, Sherry Miller, Vickie Neeley (Josh) and Donna Fairchild (Jason); his grandchildren, Lyam Alexander and BrendaLynn Charley Anne; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Kristin, Isabella, Mickey, Katelyn and Kiana.
