She is survived by : her husband Bob Hackworth; her daughter Shellie Blair (Bradford) of Lowmansville, KY; her siblings, Tim Flanery and Merleen Combs of Perry County, KY; and her grandchildren, Chris Blair, Seth Blair and Leann Hackworth.
