He was predeceased by : his sister Nancy Summerville; and his parents, Codie Henley and Linda Palmer Henley. He is survived by : his son Jason Henley of Henderson, TN; and his siblings, Barbara Cash of Little Rock, AR and Jimmy Henley of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
