She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. Charles Cloyd; her parents, William Harold and Tilitha Burrows (Rutherford); and her siblings, Margaret June Carpenter and Gary Alvin York.
She is survived by : her children, Vivian Link (Earl) of Mayfield, KY, Tommy Woodward of Mayfield, KY and Tony Woodward (Yvonne) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
