It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Jane Tibbs (Mayfield, Kentucky), who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucy Jane Tibbs to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her husband Tommy Tibbs; her parents, Ray Pierceall and Blanche Lyon; and her sister Debbie Breedlove. She is survived by : her children, Angela Elliott (Chris) of Mayfield, Brandy Bryson (Chris) of Mayfield and Rick Ward; her brothers, Mark Breedlove and Bobby Pierceall; and her half-sister Cindy Mangrum. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
