She is survived by: her husband David Sullivan; her children, Darrell Sullivan of Mayfield, KY, John Sullivan (Dana) of Mayfield, KY and Kristie Sullivan Dukes (Curt) of Murray, KY; and her brother Rudy Burd of West Plains, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
