He was predeceased by: his son Robert Lee Heath; his siblings, Robert Lewis Heath, Sarah Mae Heath and Marie Conner; and his parents, William Harmon and Florence Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rose; his daughters, Sarah Parr (Benny) of Mayfield, KY, Kathy Smithson (Roy) of Mayfield, KY and Christy Ivie (Jamie) of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Eddie Heath of Mayfield, KY, Roger Heath (Evelyn) of Waverly, TN, Richard Heath (Ruth) of Mayfield, KY, Ronnie Heath (Deena) of Hardin, KY, Margaret Davis of Hickory, KY, Maxine Cross (Harmon) of Mayfield, KY and Millie Green (Bill) of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
