He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lynch Simmons, II and Olga Seplack Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his daughter Sabrina Simmons; his stepsons, Philip (Karen), Ron and Ryan Miyasato (Evelyn); and his siblings, Carol Steingraeber (Dave), Sue Kinmont (late Bob), Jim Simmons (Belinda Abelar) and Juan Gomez (Moniquea). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lee House (100 W Front St, Maysville, KY 41056).
