He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Edward and Lucy May Tibbe (Bauer); and his wife Connie Tibbe (Teegarden). He is survived by : his children, Bill Tibbe (Connie) of Sardinia, OH, Dean Tibbe (Christy) of Cincinnati, OH and Kimberly Ginn (Scott) of New Richmond, OH; his stepchildren, Lisa Hutchison (Bob) of Maysville, KY and Scott Doyle (Teara) of Maysville, KY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Tibbe (Geoff), Philip Tibbe, Kyle Tibbe, Matthew Tibbe, Ashley Tibbe, Alyssa Overkamp (Sam), Zoe Hallahan and Colton Doyle; his great grandchildren, Hailey Hampton, Shelby Hampton, Auna Hall and June OverKamp; and his sister Roberta Davis of New York.
