He is survived by: his wife Claudia Gallagher Carmichael; his children, Scotty Roy Carmichael (Gabriella Nedelman) of Maysville, Claudia Lynn Pollitt (Estill) of Flemingsburg, Felicia Ann Tuel (Christopher) of Maysville and Tasha Nicole Carmichael (Billy Campbell) of Flemingsburg; his grandchildren, Brianna Tuel, Tyler Tuel, Vada Tuel, Gracie Tuel and Amber Campbell; and his brothers, Randall Carmichael (Teresa) of Wallingford and Justin Carmichael of Maysville. He is also survived by aunts and cousins; and other extended family and friends.
