We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 89, Ernestine Katherine Farrand (Maysville, Kentucky), born in Leburn, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Childers and Lula Thacker Childers; and her siblings, Sidney Childers, Jean Houchens and Phyliss Hay.

She is survived by : her daughters, Donna Jones of Maysville and Debbie Staggs (Danny) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Shauna Jones, Eric and Nick Staggs; her great grandchildren, Michael, Logan Staggs and Lakyn Orr (Alex); her great great grandchildren, Adelynn and Asher Orr; her close friend Linda Moore of Tollesboro; and also Joyce Reed.
