He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Daniel and Rosemary Phillips Campbell; his wife Daisy Mae Campbell; his daughter Mary Jean Campbell; and his brother Danny Campbell Anderson.

He is survived by : his siblings, Billy Campbell of Mays Lick, Jeanie Arnold (Pete Volk) and Frances Helton (Tracy); and his nieces and nephews, Lillie Patrick, Carolyn Swisshelm (Darrin), Sarah Mahoney (Chris), Jessica Slone, Sharon Sites (Mike), Jamie Toncray, Haley Dawn Evans, Everette Evans (Kayla) and Jimmy Joe Wallingford.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brell & Son Funeral Home (620 E 2nd St, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
