He is survived by : his wife Geraldine Hardin Mefford; his children, James Ronald Mefford, Jr., Misty Bryant (Scott) and Brandy Lynn Mefford; and his sister Kathy Dillon. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; 3 expected great-grandchildren.
