She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Muse and Geneva Henderson Muse; her husband James L. Dugan; her son Jeffrey Dugan; and her brothers, Tommy, Buddy and Eddie Muse.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Dugan (Susan) of Nicholasville, Jeremy Dugan (Jessica) of Maysville, Jackie Dugan (Heather) of Mays Lick, Jared Dugan (Tammy) of Germantown and Joanna Dugan of Ripley; and her siblings, Wayne Muse (Rhonda), Stevie Muse, Bernice Plummer (Edward), Julia Midden (Pete) and Sandy Seagraves (Dick). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
All in attendance are required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
