With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Sweet Jr. of Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John W. Sweet, Sr. and Betty Cox Sweet Fultz; his sisters, Janice Kay Smith and Judith McKee; the mother of his children Judy Sweet; and his son Timmy Sweet.

He is survived by : his daughters, Christy Moyer (Mike) of Maysville and Jody Hord (Bobby) of Bracken County; his grandchildren, Saydie Goodwin (Brandon) of Augusta, Peyton Moyer (Haley) of Germantown, Tyler Wells (Hannah) of Germantown and Hali Wells of Bracken County; his great grandchildren, Nataleigh, Georgia Goodwin and Emily Jo Wells; and his niece Jackie Riley of Rowan County.
