He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Howell and Geraldine Buckley Flora; and his sister LaVon Kaye Howell. He is survived by: his wife Mindy Bernardin Howell; his children, Stephen Howell (Rebekah) and Michele Howell; his granddaughter Anna Marie Howell; and his siblings, Linda Sue McFarland, Lois Vice, Llewellyn Hestand (Phillip) and Lewis Howell (Eva). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
