She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Collins and Bessie Sloan Collins; her daughter Karen Masiniai; and her siblings, Dolores Henson, Sue Cooper, Robert Collins, Richard Collins and David Collins.
She is survived by: her children, James Spencer (Rebecca), Allen Spencer and Kim Waldren (Phillip); her grandchildren, Martin Spencer, Eugene Cooley, Jessica Cooley, Kami Waldren, Katie Waldren, Cody Spencer, Nicole Gordon and Jeffrey Williams; and her great grandchildren, Kaionii Gordon, Koa Gordon and Amaria McCoy.
