She was predeceased by: her husband Paul John Olzeski, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Samantha Olzeski of Maysville, KY, Tannile Oritz of Columbus, OH, Marshah Haapala of Dayton, KY and Austin Olzeski of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Isaac Olzeski, Lilly Ortiz, Audrey Ortiz and Henry Ortiz; and her brothers, Paul Cobb of Knoxville, TN and Robert Allen Cobb of Cincinnati, OH.
