She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smutny and Hazel Smutny; her husband Terry Cascio; and her sister Carole Haines. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Cascio (Sara) of Huntley, IL, Timothy Cascio (Anne) of Maysville, KY., Stephen Cascio (Jessica) of Maysville, KY. and Laura Kitchen (Robert) of Maysville, KY.; her grandchildren, Cloe Cascio, Andrew Cascio, Sam Cascio, Nicholas Cascio, Jacob Cascio (Allison), Marcus Cascio, Allie Cascio, Lindsey Woods (Ryan) and Lane Gifford; and her great grandchild Lauren Cascio.
