She is survived by : her mother Jackie Grubenhoff Phillips; her children, Michelle Harding, Michael Harding (Brittany), Daniel Ruark (Katie), Jeffrey Ruark (Paige), Dustin Ruark (Tyisha) and Johnathon Ruark; her grandchildren, Liam Hamner, Emma Hamner (Michelle Harding), Tinslee Ruark (Daniel), Aesleigh Ruark, Ashton Ruark (Dustin), Audrina Ruark, Aria Ruark and Arabella Ruark (Jeffrey); and her brother Jason Phillips (Kay).
