She is survived by: her children, Alice Jung (Dennis) of Hebron, KY, Danny Chouinard (Lloyd) of Maysville, KY, Terri Lancaster (Kelly) of Aberdeen, OH, Jackie Cluxton (Mike) of Bentonville, OH and Linda Fuentes (Mike) of Georgia; her grandchildren, Annette Lester (Mike), Kellie Cracraft (Brian), Jamie Gifford (Keith), Rena DeVore (Nick), Kacy Massie (Jeff) and Stacy Michael (Jerod); and her close friends, Charlie and Joann Gill. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice of Hope or Cancer Fighters United.
