It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Wesley Dermon Jr. of Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Dermon and Bernice McKee Dermon. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Watson Dermon; his children, Virgil "Butch" Dermon (Gail), Tammy Newport (Nick), Dolly Woods, Kim Davis and Troy Dermon (Angie); and his grandchildren, Wes Dermon, Michael Dermon, Tiera Newport, Seth Woods, Will Woods, Coty Dermon, Corey Davis and Jordan Davis. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Church or Hospice of Hope.
