He is survived by: his wife Charlene Newsome Hoover; his children, Matthew Bill Hoover of Goshen, IN and Jessica Suzanne Hoover of White Pigeon, MI; his stepson Noel Blankenship of McDowell, KY; his daughters, Margaret Robinson and Yvonne Blankenship of McDowell, KY; his siblings, Rex Hoover of Sturgis, MI and Shirley Riggs of Goshen, IN; his half-sister Cynthia Good of Elkhart, IN; his grandchildren, Celeste Angelic Hoover, Sarah Pauline Hoover and Dutch Hoover; and his stepgrandchildren, Terri Berky, Char May McCoy, Lacey Noel Pratt, Cassidy Lee Clark, Areil Caitlin Mattieann Stephens and Dakota Lee Adams.
