He is survived by : his wife Janie King Blevins; his daughter Courtney Rachelle Blevins of McDowell, KY; his grandson Kingsley Anderson Blevins; his sister Robin Reynolds (Donnie) of McDowell, KY; his mother-in-law Sarah King; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Diana Eads; and his nieces, Gabrielle Reynolds and Layne Stewart.
