He is survived by : his siblings, Chester Mullins of Indiana, Egory Mullins of Kentucky, Curtis Ray Mullins of Kentucky, Eddie Mullins of Kentucky, Christine Frasure of Kentucky, Norene Hall of Kentucky and Geneva Whitt of Alabama. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
