We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, at the age of 83, Hillard Halbert of McDowell, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Halbert and Loueasie Howell Halbert; his wife Madge Hall Halbert; his children, James Franklin Goines, Francis Omega Goines and Donald David Halbert; and his siblings, Howard Halbert and Roszella Lewis.

He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Paulette Hall of McDowell, Anthony Halbert (Barbara) of Charlotte, Angela Reynard (Shawn) of North Manchester and Linda Carroll of Pike County, Kentucky; his adoptive daughter Kimberly Fraley; and his great grandchild Host of Family.
