He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Tackett Crum; his sons, Mitch Crum (Debbie) of McDowell and Ryan Crum (Jennifer) of Harold, Kentucky; his siblings, Joey Crum of Martin, Steven Crum of Bucks Branch, Hedi Sexton of Garrett, Nancy Scott of Inez, Lucy Gearheart of Martin and Mona Dean of Martin, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Mallory and Molly.
