She is survived by: her daughters, Ronda O'Dell Moore of Pikeville, Angela Dawn Mosley of McDowell and Lisa Rae Martin of Menifee County, Kentucky; her sister Karen Gwynn Johnson of Wheelwright, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Angelica Faith Moore, Stevanna Rose Moore, Xander Rae Hall, Aiden Blaze Martin and Brice Lee Martin; and her great-nieces, Aleigha Nicole Roop and Raeleah Kaylynn Slone.
