She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Bentley; her parents, Isaac Spears and Alberta Hill Spears; her daughter Greta Tackett; and her siblings, Jimmy, Jeff Spears, Lillie Collins, Melinda Mullins and Loretta Spears.

She is survived by: her children, Amanda Burke (David Little) of Melvin, KY and Gregory Bentley (Madonna Sexton) of McDowell, KY; her siblings, Johnny Spears (Greta) of Wheelwright, KY, Ruby Hitchcock of McDowell, KY, Mazie Hamilton (Bobby) of McDowell, KY, Mary Moore of Price, KY, Emma Bentley of Price, KY and Glenda Stumbo of Price, KY; her grandchildren, Dustin Tackett, Kacie Tackett, Nicole Tackett, Dylan Burke, Cayden Little, Ashley Little and Amanda Auxier; her close friends, John and Lora Combs; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
