He is survived by : his parent Laura Gabbard Harris of McKee, KY; his children, Amanda Sprinkles, Charlene Mount of London and Frank Wayne Harris of West Liberty, KY; his siblings, Emery Harris of McKee, KY, Mary Smith of East Bernstadt, KY and Pearl Lynn Harris of Jeffersonville, IN; and his significant other Jean Robinson. He is also survived by four grandchildren, his companion.
