She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Fitch and Laura Pack Fitch; her husband Elmer Gordon Wells; her children, Dwayne Gordon Wells and Shirley Wells Butcher; her siblings, Arville Fitch, Narvile Fitch and Dimple Blair; and her grandson Roger Butcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Joan Wells Witten (Donnie) of Van Lear, KY; her siblings, Frank Fitch of Meally, KY, Billy Fitch of Hager Hill, KY., Debra Blair (Garry) of Meally, KY, Rita Adams of Meally, KY and Irene Wells (Bill) of Meally, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca McCoart, Kim Butcher, Nick Butcher, Whitley Davinport, Michael Wells, Matthew Wells, Jonathon Wells and Haley Wells; her great grandchildren, Morgan McCoart, Zack McCoart, Kaylee Prater, Keisha Prater, Kennedy Butcher and Salem Davinport; and her great great grandchild Eli Vires.
