She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newsome and Eliza Jane Bentley Newsome; and her husband Douglas Butcher. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Douglas Butcher (Carolyn) and David Newsome Butcher (Arlene); her grandchildren, John Beecher Butcher (Laura), David Brett Butcher (Heather), Stephen Douglas Butcher (Kara) and Melissa Ann Sheron (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Miles, Ben, Reese, Jase, Kessa, Kase, Kallie and Kaiya.
