She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Red" and Helen McPherson Spencer; her husband Jerry Smallwood; her sister Patricia Spencer Rogers; and her grandson Simon Chase Smallwood.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Smallwood (Michelle Crouch) of Frenchburg, KY and Susan Sponcil (Tim) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her brother Clarence Spencer Jr. (Teresa) of Camargo, KY; her brother-in-law Jackie Rogers of Jeffersonville, KY; her sister Debbie Spencer Puckett (Charlie) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her grandchildren, Jordan Smallwood, Brandon Smallwood, Kelsey K. Smallwood and Jakob Sponcil.
