He is survived by: his wife Debra Day Lumpkins of Means, Kentucky.; his children, Nathaniel Keith Lumpkins of West Liberty, Kentucky., Christy McIntosh of Frenchburg and Michele Woodward of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his grandsons, Travis Woodward and Matthew Woodward.
