With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Greg D. Simmons (Melber, Kentucky), born in Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on December 18, 2018 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Simmons and Mattie Lou Duncan Simmons; and his sister Tammy Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Pam Neeley Simmons; his sons, Jacob Simmons of Melber and Kyle Simmons of Wingo; his granddaughter Molly Simmons; and his close friend Gary Duncan of Boaz.
