She is survived by: her mother Debbie Hurst; her daughter Sofia Lynn Dyer; the father of her child Clifton Dyer; her father Jack Hurst; her sister Meagan Partin (Matt); her nephews, Cadence Hurst, Jacob Partin and Isaac Partin; her grandparents, Tommy and Shirley Chandler; and her cousin Lisa Cook. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
