She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiskel Roark and Florence Slusher Roark; her husband Lawrence Hensley; and her siblings, Gusie Roark, Mae Martin, Nancy Roark, Modie Roark, Ollie Moore, Herman Roark, Lester Roark, Noah Roark, Homer Roark and Manford Roark.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hensley (Susan) of Winchester, Curtis Hensley of Sneedville, TN, Rhonda Collett (James) of Coldiron, KY and Nancy Hobbs (Johnny) of Middlesboro, KY; and her sister Hazel Humfleet of Pathfork. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty three Great grandchildren, five Great great grandchildren.
