It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Greene (Middlesboro, Kentucky), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Greene and Lillian Mae Greene; and his grandson Garrett Helton. He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Lee Greene, Tracie Elaine Greene, Kacie Mae Greene and Jacob David Greene; his grandchildren, Chloe Helton, Dalton Brock, Isabella Mason, Sarah Helton, Alexandria Rudd, Gabriel Scott Smith, Lillyann Summer Rain Smith, Ciara Smith, Joshua Mason, Logan Mason and Isaiah Mason; and the mother of his children Hazel Lee Greene. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
