It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Floyd Haskell Duncan (Middlesboro, Kentucky), who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Duncan and Lena Duncan; and his siblings, Carl Duncan, Buster Duncan, Loris Duncan, Buddy Duncan, Amos Duncan, Clora Duncan, Jenny Duncan, Jessie Harmon and Nettie Duncan.

He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Duncan; his daughter Pamela Smallwood (Tracy); his grandson Jalen Brewer; and his brother Andy Duncan. He is also survived by several other relatives and numerous friends.

Graveside services will be private due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
