It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Asher of Middlesboro, Kentucky, born in Beverly, Kentucky, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bige Asher and Volicie Jackson Asher; his sisters, Marlene Patterson and Bonnie Carter; and his brother-in-law Arnold Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hatfield Asher; his children, Jessica (Michael Clay), Jordan (Ashley Asher) and Ashley (David Emert); his grandchildren, William Asher, Machaela Asher, Aubree Asher, Samuel Emert, Kaylee Asher and Kyler Clay; his siblings, Michael Asher, Betty Asher, Peggy Brock and Linda Asher; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Asher, Velissa Carter and Cody Asher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
