He is survived by: his father Jim Burke; his stepmother Lisa Burke (Anna Blevins Burke) of Middlesboro; his daughters, Arya and Adilynn Gilliam of Middlesboro; his sister Kennessa; his brother-in-law Austin Baker of Middlesboro; and his parents-in-law, Loretta and Henry Blevins of Evarts, KY. He is also survived by special friends, family and co-workers.
