He is survived by: his children, Anna Nicole Smith of Eolia, KY, Cody Smith of Eolia, KY and Lauren Smith of Eolia, KY; his mother Cora McHargue of Hulen, KY; his siblings, Johnathan Smith (Laine) of Irvin, KY, Joshua Smith of Hulen, KY, Elizabeth Smith of Hulen, KY and Susan Howard (Jason) of Pineville, KY; his nieces, Katelyn, Cortney Hurst of Pineville, KY and Paige Smith of Irvin, KY; and his nephew Ryan Hurst of Pineville, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
