He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johnson and Nellie Womack. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Womack of Middlesboro, Kentucky.; his children, Melissa Ray of Middlesboro, Kentucky. and Jonathon Womack of Middlesboro, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Brianna Partin and Cierra Ray; and his siblings, Randall Womack, Harold Womack, Ernest Womack and Patricia Graham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cawood Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
