It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Carey (Middlesboro, Kentucky), who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay Carey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack D. Carey Sr. and Emma Kettenring Carey; his sister Brenda Carey; and his father-in-law C. T. Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Micheline Hughes Carey; his daughters, Jaymine Carey and Allyson Carey; his sister Jackie Levakis (Vasilios); his sibling's children, Anastasia Levakis and John Levakis; his sister-in-law Denise Hughes; and his mother-in-law Janette Hughes. He is also survived by many special friends, cousins, other relatives and friends.
