He is survived by : his wife Wanda Sue Hawk England of Harrogate; his children, Cindy England of Lexington, KY and Scott England (Tiffany); his stepdaughter April Burchfield; his brother Randy England; his grandson Jon-Scott England; his great grandchildren, August, Jayden, Melody England, Emma Rose Davis, Eli Davis and William Burchfield; and his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Carmack, Wesley Miracle, Jessica Parks (Tyler) and Jamie Davis (Christy Moyers). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
